The job took a bit longer than expected because the original cartridge was a less common model, but Zulkifli managed to source a compatible one on the same day. How Specific Jobs Played Out
A terraced house in Meru had a bathroom tap dripping consistently at the spout and a kitchen sink drain that backed up with any significant volume of water. The homeowner had been managing both for about two months.
The tap turned out to need a new jumper valve and seat, not just the washer. The kitchen drain had grease buildup about 30cm into the waste pipe. Both addressed in the same visit using parts from the van.
Total time on site: 1 hour 40 minutes. Single visit. Both issues resolved. The homeowner mentioned they had previously been quoted by someone else who wanted to charge separately for each item.

A family in Tambun wanted to refresh the kitchen before a family gathering. The existing sink was cracked at the rim and the tap had been dripping for over a year. Supply hoses were original to the unit installed around 2010.
