1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "AirRia", "we", "us", or "our" refers to AirRia, a home plumbing service registered and operating in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
- "Service" refers to any plumbing work booked and carried out by AirRia at a residential property.
- "Client" or "you" refers to the individual or household booking a service.
- "Visit" refers to a scheduled on-site appointment at the client's property.
- "Agreement" refers to the booking confirmation and these Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a contact form on our website or confirming a booking verbally or in writing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a property owner, you warrant that you are authorised to do so.
3. Services Offered
AirRia provides the following home plumbing services to residential properties in Ipoh and surrounding areas of Perak, Malaysia:
- Tap and Drain Combo Visit — One tap repair and one drain clear in a single appointment. RM 250.
- Shower Mixer Servicing — Cartridge replacement, escutcheon reseating, and flow testing. RM 290.
- Kitchen Plumbing Refit — Replacement of kitchen sink, tap, drain trap, and supply hoses. RM 1,380.
Services are available Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed once AirRia has verified availability and communicated a time window to the client. We reserve the right to decline a booking where the scope falls outside our services or where the property is outside our service area. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes in advance of the agreed time window.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The service price stated at booking applies to a standard scenario as described for each service. If on-site conditions reveal complications outside that standard scope, we will explain the situation and agree on any additional cost before proceeding. No additional charges are applied without your prior agreement.
Payment is due upon completion of the visit. We accept cash and common digital payment methods available in Malaysia. Invoices are provided upon request.
6. Client Responsibilities
To allow us to carry out the work safely and effectively, you agree to:
- Ensure an adult is present at the property for the duration of the visit
- Provide reasonable access to the work area and relevant shut-off valves
- Inform us in advance of any known complications, previous repairs, or non-standard fittings
- Ensure the work area is reasonably clear and safe to access
If access cannot be provided on arrival, we reserve the right to reschedule. A call-out charge may apply if our team has travelled to the property without reasonable notice of cancellation.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 4 hours before the agreed start of the time window. Cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee where our team has already been deployed. We will handle rescheduling requests fairly and without penalty where reasonable notice is given.
8. Workmanship
We carry out all work using appropriate parts and follow standard plumbing practices. Each job includes a physical flow test before the visit is concluded. If a fault directly attributable to our workmanship becomes apparent within 14 days of the visit, contact us and we will assess and address the issue without additional charge.
This does not cover new faults unrelated to the original work, damage caused by third parties after our visit, or deterioration resulting from pre-existing conditions outside the scope of the service performed.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the AirRia website — including text, images, and design — is the property of AirRia. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of this content without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
We make no representations about the suitability of our services for any purpose beyond what is described in the service scope. We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing faults, building defects, or structural conditions that become apparent during a visit but fall outside the agreed service scope.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, AirRia's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or any failure to deliver within a specified time, except where required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it informally first. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to reach a resolution within 14 working days. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Perak, Malaysia.
13. General Provisions
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AirRia regarding our services and supersede any prior communications.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes take effect when published on this page. The date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
