AirRia was founded in Ipoh by Ahmad Ridhwan, a licensed plumber with over a decade of field experience in residential properties across Perak. He noticed a consistent pattern: homeowners struggled to find plumbers who arrived prepared, communicated clearly, and finished what they started. Most callbacks were for work that should have been done correctly the first time.
The name AirRia combines air — the Malay word for water — and Ria, meaning joyful or at ease. It reflects how we want homeowners to feel after a visit: settled, not unsettled. Water flowing the way it should, and no second-guessing about what was done.
We focus on three services that account for the vast majority of household plumbing calls: tap and drain issues, shower mixer problems, and kitchen plumbing refits. Keeping the scope narrow means we carry the right parts, know the common complications, and handle each job without unnecessary back-and-forth.
