The service price is stated when you book. If the site reveals something that changes scope, we tell you before touching it, not after.
Licensed Plumbers Only
All physical work is carried out by licensed tradespeople. No unlicensed subcontracting, no passing jobs to helpers without oversight.
Flow Test Before We Leave
Every repaired or replaced fitting is tested under actual water pressure before we pack up. We do not sign off on appearance alone.
Site Cleaned After Every Job
Old parts, packaging, and any debris from the work are collected and removed. We wipe surfaces around the work area before leaving.
Punctual Time Windows
We confirm a time window and hold to it. If something causes a delay, we contact you before the window closes, not after we arrive late.

Call-out fees are not added after the fact. Parts for standard services are included in the listed price. The figure you see when booking is the figure you should expect to pay in a standard job.

Before we start, we walk you through exactly what we are going to do and why. If the scope changes mid-job, we stop and get your sign-off before continuing. You are never billed for work you did not agree to.
